Our Outline planning application will be submitted in late Summer 2021. We hope that permission will be granted in Q1 2022. Following this, detailed planning permission (Reserved Matters) will be applied for individual development plots.
We are targeting the site north of Church Lane and the small site opposite Wenlock Rise as being the first residential areas to be developed, along with the new roundabout and spine road connecting into Church Lane. We anticipate works commencing on these phases in Q1 2023.
Following completion of the roundabout, commercial plots for the foodstore, neighbourhood centre and hotel/pub can be brought forward.
